You should be comfortable telling your story of what makes your house a home and what you looked for particularly when you bought/chose to rent your home – whether it be physical, emotional or metaphorical. The emotional connection is very important to us.
Race: Black, Indian,mixed race, Coloured
Ideas we have:
-A multi-generational family would be nice eg. Grandmother living with the family
-A family with children of middle to high-income bracket who have something interesting (I.e. You run your business from home, play music, make clothing….anything of visual interest that happens in your home, or you or your children are interesting in some way).
-Perhaps your family was in search of laying down roots after moving, or a space to reconnect as a family on a daily basis.
-Your home or garden itself could be interesting in some way, perhaps you grow your own vegetables, have a fun games room, or live next door to family.
The Young Professional-
A young professional living in a vibrant city centre. You are focussed on your career and are eager to advance in what you love doing. Your home is a base and you choose the city for its energy and bustling environment. Think Braamfontein, Maboneng, or Cape Town Foreshore. Would be great to have views from the space and being amidst the buzz of a city street.
